About Liz:

Originally from Colombia and with a degree of International Business and diplomacy Liz arrived into the NYC in 1991 as a Diplomat. Like many in this region the beginning of a Journey embracing the best of the world cultures started.

• In 1992 Limited by the language Liz become obsessed learning the English while making a degree in Marketing and Communications at FIT In NYC
   
• In 1994 the NYC blend influenced her to run the New City Marathon, learn about Yoga, Nutrition and Meditation. The East World community- Asia and India was the inspiration to learn about the complexity of the human Mind and Soul discovering -a new way of life into Emotional and spiritual Intelligence
   
• In 1995 Liz entrepreneurial spirit and the greatness of the American way, contributed for her to incorporate Americas Trading Group. An international Marketing company importing goods from China, India, Russia and Brazil into USA and Latin-America. An extraordinary opportunity to do business with some of the tough negotiators of the world: Asians, Brazilians, Indians and Russians. The real school to appreciate and embrace with open-mind that the business world is as well the common humanity of all peoples!

• In 2004 Liz joined the Real State industry. In a very short period of time Liz has been honored with State, Regional and Company awards. In 2005 - 5 times Award Winner, the most among 19 0ffices, thousands of agents at the Weichert’s biggest region. Earning the Weichert's Prestigious President's club and becoming the # 1 Top Sales Agent in 2005 in the Capital region. With an outstanding record in Real Estate have become a top producer and an overnight success.
• From 2005 to 2007,  Liz became an investor and while helping other investors, She learned on how to really be a profitable and successful investor: what locations, what prices ranges, what financial programs, how to structure the right offers, how to choose the right tenants and where to find them, How to get the highest rents, How to renovate and stage with low budgets, what really pays back  on home improvements/ renovations, recognized which projects are more profitable than others, and how to get a big return on investment, who to deal with capital contributions.
• From  2007 to  Now, Liz transfered to the company that stands above the crowd; Remax- The Real Estate Leaders and a place i called home.  while working on renovations trying always to save every Penny for her clients, getting bigger returns and profits  Liz realized about her extraordinary eye and talent bringing transformations and creating gorgeous homes. Liz have been discovering and cultivating her own network of wonderful people, conscious contractors that you can count when every one else is too busy.
